"It just doesn't do what I want it to do!"

They're supposed to make life easier, but unfortunately we hear time and again of clients loosing patience with their computer because it just won't do as it's told! Where can you turn to when you're sure it's probably something really simple, but you just do not have the expertise to achieve it yourself?

Maybe you need additional hardware such as a colour printer or a scanner, or don't know how to use the digital camera/ M.P.3 player that you've got. Perhaps you'd like to connect to the internet but are unsure of it's worth or of how to go about it. We can also provide new or refurbished computers.

It could be that a virus is affecting the performance of your machine. You may have other problems, or may wish to upgrade so that you can play the latest games, or install more up to date programs. Possibly you feel you aren't using your machine to its full potential, or just want to talk things through with someone without being put on hold permanently or, "placed in a queue"!

There can be little more infuriating when you have to call in an expert than to discover that whilst you have to pay for their time and expertise, they can't actually fix your problem.** All charges that are incurred are always clearly explained and discussed before any work is undertaken

** The No Fix No Fee Policy is applicable when DCUL, is unable to solve the computing problem. Once a problem is identified, a quotation of time & price is given to the customer. If the customer decides not to have the problem resolved then there is a labour charge for the time incurred to identify said problem.
