In certain circumstances we are able to resolve your computer issues from our office whilst your computer remains with you. We can do this if you download our remote connection tool. No one needs to come into your home or office, no need for an appointment to be booked, and the majority of problems are resolved immediately.

Upon downloading our connection tool from this website, you agree to us connecting to your systems and any work performed can be chargeable. Your technician will advise you of this before any charges are made. The tool remains the property of Dolphin Computer Upgrades Limited and no liability will be accepted for in proper use or any fault relating to the tool.

Please only connect to our systems when a Dolphin Computer Upgrades Limited technician advises you to do so. You are welcome to keep the tool installed on your computer for future use. Dolphin operates a strict confidentiality policy at all times.

Charges for this service are £15 + VAT per hour. However, on occasions technicians will ask you to use this tool for fault finding purposes.
