"It just doesn't do what I want it to do!"

They're supposed to make life easier, but unfortunately we hear time and again of clients loosing patience with their computer because it just won't do as it's told! Where can you turn to when you're sure it's probably something really simple, but you just don�t have the expertise to achieve it yourself?

Maybe you need additional hardware such as a colour printer or a scanner, or don't know how to use the digital camera/ M.P.3 player that you've got. Perhaps you'd like to connect to the internet but are unsure of it's worth or of how to go about it. It could be that a virus is affecting the performance of your machine. You may have other problems, or may wish to upgrade so that you can play the latest games, or install more up to date programs. Possibly you feel you aren't using your machine to its full potential, or just want to talk things through with someone without being put on hold permanently or, "placed in a queue"!
